You never buy leads or pay to advertise. ShieldMatch UK may receive a fee from participating security providers, set out in your partner agreement.

A partner agreement and a three-party job confirmation are recorded for every engagement.

How the provider journey works

  2. 2Our team reviews the application manually — approval is never automatic.
  3. 3Accept the partner agreement in your portal.
  4. 4Receive anonymised opportunities matched to your services and regions.
  5. 5Submit a private quotation with your rate, availability and notes.
  6. 6If the client accepts, the job is confirmed and client details are released to you.
  7. 7Invoice the client directly; your own fee arrangement is shown in your provider portal.

ShieldMatch UK connects clients with selected security providers. Provider approvals and qualifications are reviewed individually. SIA Approved Contractor status applies only where relevant to licensable security activities; technology installers may hold different industry approvals, manufacturer accreditations or electrical qualifications. Where stated, approval should be independently verified on the relevant official register.
